premise using the finest of ingredients.  We strive to use organic and locally grown ingredients whenever possible and available.  Our breakfasts reflect seasonal selections,  our region and our local growers who take pride in their products.  We serve Cafe Mam coffee, an organic shade grown coffee.  We will accommodate special requests and diet.  We serve breakfast at a prearrange time to accommodate your schedule.

Some of our breakfast favorites are:  Cheese Blintzes, Featherbed Eggs with Chicken and Sun Dried Tomato Sausage Hash, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict with Roasted Sweet and Golden Potatoes, Pan Perdue, Swedish Pancakes, Quiches Fritattas and Stratas,  Dutch Babies, Huevos Ranchers with Black Beans and Homemade Chorizo, Spanish Tortillas and other foreign cuisines, Breakfast Paninis, Brown Cow Yogurt with Nutty Granola and Fresh Fruit, Breakfast Galettes, Spanikopita, Fresh Cheeses and Fruit,  Locally Grown and Processed Meats, Sausages and Bacon, Fruit Smoothies, Linquados, OJ Granitas, Gourmet Teas and Coffee.

In the afternoon around 2 we serve a gourmet snack and beverage upon request.
